The day begins at 10 a.m. with guests enjoying morning coffee. Guided walking and cart tours are available at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. A catered lunch with live music is served from 11:30
Gift items will be for sale including books by Caroline Dormon, coloring books of Briarwood, paintings, door prizes and native plants grown at Briarwood.

About Caroline Dormon Nature Preserve
Briarwood, home of Caroline Dormon, was willed in 1971 to the Foundation for the Preservation of the Caroline Dormon Nature Preserve, Inc. It is maintained by donations from her many friends.
Briarwood consists of 120 acres of almost-virgin forest, with magnificent trees towering 100 feet tall. There are more than 100 species of trees and shrubs. For information on tours, call 318-238-2246.
